Hotel Baren in Wilderswil, romantic old hotel in quiet town, near railway to Grindelwald and Wengen.

Good luck
Lauterbrunnen is fantastic, having been most places this still rates as one of the best. Murren, Weggen easily accessed from here.
if you like small quiet tows go to Yuan but that would not be a place for honey moons don’t go to Geneva its french go to interlaken.
Grindelwald, from this place you can go to the Jungfraujoch.
It is a train going up a tunnel inside the mountain, even the trainstation up there is inside the mountain, then you can walk over the glacier, enjoy an awesome panorama of the alps and visit an ice-cave in the glacier with beautiful ice-sculpturs.
You can also go up from Lauterbrunnen, next to Lauterbrunnen you can also visit an awesom waterfall inside the mountain, called Truemmelbachfaelle.
But also the Italian part of switzerland, called ticino, has some beautifull places…
Zurich is wonderful and clean. It is right on the most beautiful lake. You can find package deals at spincitytravel.com. They list all the available hotels with star ratings and guest comments.
June is an excellent season. But try to book the hotels as there will be many tourists. In general I can recommend May-August. There might be rain, but the weather is warm and sunny (the temperature can go up to 35C. But take also some warm clothes and a summer rain coat with you – just in case or when you are on top of a mountain or must walk through the rain.
I would recommend:
Geneva
Zermatt (Matterhorn)
Bernese Oberland
Lucerne
and then go further to Grisons (Graubünden) for
St. Moritz and Sils or the Unterengadin.
If you have time, you might want to include:
Zürich
Rhinefalls
Titlis via Engelberg (train from Lucerne)
There are also sight seeing trains: http://www.mob.ch/GPS/main.asphttp://www.glacierexpress.ch/
The train system is excellent and you can reach all places quite well. For timetables:

Good Luck on your journey through life and Switzerland
