I love the islands, sound like you do too. I would highly recommend Aruba, Grand Cayman, or St Thomas and the Virgin Islands. All beautiful and very nice people. Definitely look into all-inclusive. Dominican Republic is also beautiful and was less expensive when I went, but that’s been a few years.
