What to do if I am interviewing for a new job but have a wedding & honeymoon planned several months from now?
I have an interview scheduled for a job that I really would love to land. I am getting married in February of next year and already have booked the honeymoon for two weeks and of course am not willing to not go on my honeymoon. How do I approach the situation? I will be interviewing with about 6 doctors. This will be my first formal interview.

Be honest and tell them about it. Most employers will not hold that against you, but might not like to find out after they hire you.

I wouldn’t tell them doing the interview process. When you are offered the position (this can be before getting a formal offer letter), I would tell them then. Next Feb is a LONG way off. I doubt that it would affect the employment situation. Since you haven’t been there a year, you may be required to take the vacation as unpaid.
